Download and register in the Bikely app.
Follow the steps:

Choose your location, book and gain access to your bikelocker in the app.

Unlock via the app. Confirm by pressing the bike icon on the door and wait for a steady light.
3
Park your bike backwards and close the door!
4
When ending rental close the door and press end rental in the app.

There are no available lockers. What should I do?

If you often experience that all bike lockers are fully booked, try to pre book within one hour before arriving to the location. If there are still no available lockers, please let us know in the support chat :)

If you detect errors, malfunctions or have any feedback you are welcome to use the in-app chat service. Alternatively, if you have not registered a user, inquiries can be sent to email: info@bikely.no

1: First you should ensure that you are located in front of the same door as displayed in the app. 2: Press the bicycle icon for approx. 10 seconds to reset the lock. After about 30 seconds or when the light stops blinking try unlocking from the app and pressing the bicycle icon on the lock one more time. 3. If this doesn't work, please call support on +47 91909841

I am unable to get my bicycle out. What should I do?

1: First you should ensure that you are located in front of the same door as displayed in the app. 2: Press the bicycle icon for approx. 10 seconds to reset the lock. After about 30 seconds or when the light stops blinking try unlocking from the app and pressing the bicycle icon on the lock one more time. 3. If this doesn't work, please call support on +47 91909841

Can I let someone else pick up my bicycle?

Yes, it is possible - but it takes into account that you are talking to the other person while opening the door. You can press unlock in the app while the other person presses the bicycle icon on the door. This is possible for practical reasons. Just remember to end your rent in the app after collecting your bike!

How much does it cost?

It varies from each location and all prices are listed on the reservation screen in the app.

Can I share my user?

No, the user you create in the Bikely app is personal and can only be used by you.

How does the service work?

You gain access to our secure bike lockers through the Bikely app, which are visible in the map function. There you can book a parking, and use the app to open the door. You need a credit card to register a user. Please download the app for more information.
